3. Costs and Carrier Information
Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent from and received by Moses & Bros. Tech Solutions. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and your messaging plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan and any potential charges.
We do not charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages to/from our business numbers. However, message and data rates from your carrier may still apply.
4. Opt-In and Opt-Out Procedures
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Moses & Bros. Tech Solutions through:

- Texting a specific keyword to our business number
- Providing consent during a customer service interaction

8. Limitations of Liability
Moses & Bros. Tech Solutions is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.
We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties that may occur in connection with our SMS program, including those related to your mobile device, network, software, or equipment.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our SMS service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Send automated or machine-generated messages to our SMS numbers
- Harvest or collect information about other users of our service
- Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature
- Use the service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
